Refund Policy

At Computech IT Solution, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide quality products and services.

Returns

Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original bill/invoice must be provided
• All accessories and packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items

• Software and digital products
• Installed or used products
• Physical damage caused by customer

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before delivery or service execution. Once the product is delivered or service is completed, cancellation is not allowed.
